It is with great anticipation that we draw your attention to two highly interesting events at the renowned ETH Zurich.
From 20 August, the Graphic Arts Collection of ETH Zurich will be taking an in-depth look at James Turrell's important graphic work, which was created in Zurich in the 1980s by renowned copperplate printer Peter Kneubühler. «Light in paper. The prints of James Turrell» is open to the public until 10 November.
On November 5 and 6, ETH Zurich will dedicate a two-day international symposium to the artist to explore his work in greater depth. The impressive interfaces in Turrell's art with disciplines such as architecture, land art, astronomy, physics, earth sciences, medicine, perceptual psychology and mysticism will be analyzed and discussed by selected experts. The detailed program can be found here. Direct registration is requested at this link.
