On the occasion of the opening of the permanent installation «Always A Way» on the SBB building of Europaplatz in Zurich, Häusler Contemporary dedicates a Summer - Insert to Brigitte Kowanz (1957 – 2022) with new works previously unpublished in Switzerland. 

Thematically, the artist continuously addresses the omnipresent digitalization of our world and, as a result, the transformation of our language. In our presentation, Kowanz demonstrates this ongoing examination manifested in the works of new series such as "Networks" (2020) and "Acronyms" (2020). In her own handwriting, the artist creates English abbreviations such as "btw" (by the way) or "omw" (on my way), which, in keeping with our dynamic and international everyday life, are frequently found in our written communication.
