Häusler Contemporary and I, Wolfgang Häusler have collaborated with James Turrell for more than 30 years of trustful cooperation as a gallery and realizing projects. Our expertise has grown steadily - especially in recent years, we have supported ambitious commissions.
Examples are the Skyspace in Lech, Austria, the Ganzfeld-installation in the Diözesanmuseum in Freising, and the Klinikum Wahrendorff, in Germany. Further projects are underway: In Basel, Helvetia Insurance and the Children's Hospital Zurich, Switzerland. Selected projects are on our website.
The distinctive dynamism and diversity of James Turrell's oeuvre has led me to focus our activities primarily on this artist in the future. We also have two collections representing the diversity of Turrell's artistic output from his early work to the current Glass Series like Tall, Circular or Elliptical Glass. 
The current redesign of the gallery space concentrating on James Turrell initiates a further step in our cooperation, in which the sale and mediation of his work is our primary focus.

In an exclusive Collectors Room Häusler Contemporary will continue to present selected positions by David Reed, Roman Signer, Gary Kuehn, Keith Sonnier and Michael Venezia, among others.
